Everybody\'s dreams are very precious. No matter if you will graduate from university or enter editing industry very soon, the process will all be hard but estimable. Authoritarian deeply understand how important it is as the gatekeeper. Advanced equipment and scientific and reasonable courses arrangement are ready for you, because this is the last step, the next step is to face the company which wants to recruitment. And meeting the challenge of the editing work is also a feedback for editing learners. As the most practical editing training class in Beijing, this document is aimed at briefly introducing the DC Film (Authoritarian Film, the name of the studio) and promoting editing training mode which is very practical and advanced. 1.HISTORY 历史

08年几位资深电影后期制作人创立了DUCAI,初期只为几人，他们期待在竞争激烈的电影后期市场，给更多的电影制作人提供更专业、更高水准的电影后期制作服务。2012年底，DUCAI设立了电影高级剪辑技巧实战训练课程，首先提出了用实战训练来更好帮助剪辑学习者，受到了剪辑学习者的喜爱，通过工作室完成的业务项目 ，通过学生亲自动手实战的剪辑训练，有效的帮助剪辑学习者更好的掌握剪辑的技巧、方法 。这也是DUCAI电影高级实战剪辑技巧训练课程建立的目标所在。

Several experienced producers of film post-production founded DUCAI in 2008. Only a few people entered at the beginning. They look forward to support professional and high quality service of film post-production for more film producer. DUCAI set up senior practical film editing training class at the end of 2012. First proposed using practical training to help editing learners better. This class are popular between the editing learners. The class scale are extended from five person to fifteen person. It can help editing learners knowing better about editing skills and method through the studio’s project and editing training which are completed by the students themselves. This is the purpose of the class of DUCAI.

3.WORKING 工作

基于设定课程的训练－有创意、剪辑的思维训练、剪辑技巧训练，所以学习者毕业可以胜任各类片种的剪辑工作。如：电影、电视剧等剧情片,电影预告片、电视剧的片头片尾、广告、广告宣传片、纪录片、MV等节奏类的片种制作，所以毕业的学生可以从事影视剧类、节奏类的剪辑工作。

The class including creating, thinking and skills training of editing. So students can edit all kinds of film genre. Eg: movie, TV play, movie trailer, the The opening of TV play, advertising, advertising propaganda, documentary, MV and so on. 5 课程内容安排
CLASS ARRANGEMENT

01、苹果系统－MAC OS X 学习

学习苹果FINAL CUT PRO软件之前，零基础的学习者首先需要熟悉苹果系统，了解如何做系统、了解MAC设备的分类、主要用途、硬盘格式的分类、MAC机如何读取PC的NTFS格式硬盘等等知识，这是学习剪辑软件的基础。

Before learning Apple\'s FINAL CUT PRO software, zero based learners first need to be familiar with Apple system, learn how to make system and understand the classification, the main purpose and the classification of hard disk format of the MAC device, learn how MAC read NTFS format hard disk of PC. All these are basis of learning the editing software.




02、熟悉前后期设备

在熟练掌握苹果系统后，作为剪辑师要了解素材的来源（如：卡式摄影机），摄影机的类型、磁带的类型、采集卡、盘阵卡的类型 以及磁盘阵列如何与苹果工作站连接，硬盘格式的分类等等知识，这是学习剪辑软件的基础，如果作为剪辑师进剧组，首先要连接设备，要熟悉自己工作用的设备。必须对常见的拍摄电影 电视剧 、广告、 MV所使用的卡式摄影机做到绝对的熟悉。
After mastering the apple system, you should know the source of the material as an editor (eg: card camera), The type of camera, tape, the acquisition card and disk array card. And know how disk array connect with apple workstations and the classification of the hard disk format and so on. If you want to　join the cast as an editor, the first step is connect equipment. Therefore you must be familiar with the card camera which is common used in film ,TV ply, advertising and MV.

在工作中遇到各种技术问题 如：机器发生故障、系统出现问题、MAC PRO工作站出现电源灯频繁闪烁、MAC PRO工作站出现五国语言、FINAL CUT PRO剪辑软件出现内存不足、一般错误、在给音频师输出OMF\\XML等文件时出现错误等技术问题，要具备解决问题的能力

03、苹果高级非线性编辑软件－ FINAL CUT PRO 学习

在熟悉了苹果设备、设备的接口、连接之后，我们开始FINAL CUT PRO软件的学习。内容包括项目管理、剪辑操作、文字、特技、素材采集、输出、电视剧离线编辑流程、电影在FINAL CUT PRO中的剪辑制作流程、如何输出国际声道、如何输出OMF\\XML\\EDL\\自包含等文件、如何与录音、配光师交接等等技术知识！

After familiar with apple devices, equipment interface and connection, we begin to study the FINAL CUT PRO software. the Contents include project management, editing operations, text, graphics, material collection and output, TV play offline editing process, film clip production process, how to output the international track, how to output self-contained file such as OMF \\ XML \\ EDL , and how to cooperate with the recording engineer and colorist and so on.



01、学习音乐的剪辑、音效的使用、声音的剪辑

熟练掌握FINAL CUT PRO软件后，我们首先开始学习音乐和声音的剪辑，随着剪辑行业的发展，对剪辑师的要求也越来越多， 一个好的剪辑师，要对影片的节奏有很好的把控力，要具备独立剪辑音乐、音效、同期声对白的能力，一个好的电影预告片、电视剧片花、MV等，一个合适的音乐起到了至关重要的作用，所以要掌握音乐剪辑的技巧。
具体学习内容：1 、音乐的结构、框架。2、单首音乐的剪辑、音效的使用。2、两首、多首音乐的剪辑技巧。4、如何剪辑电影／电视剧预告片、广告片／广告宣传片、花絮等片种音乐。

After mastering the FINAL CUT PRO software, we start learning music and audio editing first, along with the development of the clips industry, there are more and more requirement for editors, a good editor should have good control about rhythm of the film and can edit music, sound, actual (sound) recording. An appropriate music played a vital role for a a good movie trailers, TV trailers, MV and so on, so you need to master skills of music editing.
Concrete study content: 1, the structure and framework of the music. 2, editing single piece of music, sound using. 3, music (More than two songs)editing skills. 4, how to editing music of movies/ TV plays trailer, AD/advertising propaganda and trivia.




02、学习电影预告片、电视剧片头／片尾、影视主题曲剪辑技巧

一个优秀的电影预告片，不仅仅是靠音乐，更重要的通过蒙太奇的手法，利用画面的组接，帮助导演传达电影本身所要传达的主题思想。具体内容：1、通过剪辑多部电影的预告片的实战训练来深入的学习电影预告片、电视剧片头片尾的剪辑技巧。2、明确电影预告片的类型、版本、用途、如何影院贴片、影院贴片输出的格式等等。3、学习影视剧主题曲的剪辑技巧。4、案例分析、学生作品点评。

An excellent movie trailers, not just rely on music, using the technique of montage, the image link are more important when it comes to help director to convey the film\'s theme.
Contents: 1,have deeply study on editing skills of movie trailers, opening of TV play through practical training. 2, know clearly about the type of movie trailers, version patch, purpose, how to do cinema patch and output format of cinema patch and so on. 3, learning the film and television play theme song editing skills. 4 case study, review student\'s work.

03、学习MV的剪辑技巧
做完电影预告片等节奏练习之后，学习者已经具备很强的节奏剪接的能力，然后我们通过实际的剪辑MV来学习MV的剪辑技巧 。
具体内容：1、案例分析，掌握技巧。2、学习如何利用音乐（音乐本身）、景别、镜头内部运动（镜头内部主体运动）、外部运动（摄影机的运动）来控制MV的节奏。3、如何判断MV的剪接点。

Finish a movie trailer rhythm exercises, learners already have strong rhythm editing ability, then we will learn editing skills of MV.
Specific content: 1, case study, master the skills. 2, learn how to use music (music itself), shooting scale, lens movement (body movement inside the lens), external movement (the movement of the camera) to control the rhythm of the MV. 3, learn to judge the cutting point of MV.

04、学习电视广告TVC 的剪辑技巧

学习广告的制作流程、剪辑的手法。具体内容：1、独立完成广告片的音乐剪辑。2、根据客户的要求，通过分镜头本完成广告内容的粗剪辑、精剪，学习广告剪辑技巧。3、学习广告进FLAME制作流程、明确A COPY 和B COPY。4、A COPY完成后，如何输出给音频师、调色师。5、如何完成B COPY。6、如何输出最终成品。7、案例分析，学生作品点评。

01、学习视听语言知识

语言是人类交流信息、思想与感情的工具。没有语言就不可能有任何艺术的存在。电影也不例外。电影是一门纪录艺术，纪录方式表现为对话、旁白、解说等等，不一而足，于是，熟悉掌握运用这些语言是最起码的前提。具体内容：1、学习电影语言，熟悉景别的含义、分类、用途。2、学习摄影机的运动方式。3、学习蒙太奇的使用。

Language is a tool for human to exchange information, thoughts and feelings. It is impossible to see any art presence if there is no language. The film is no exception. Film is the an art of recording including dialogue, narration, explanation, etc. Contents: 1, the film language learning, familiar with the definition, classification, purpose of shooting scale. 2, learn the way of camera movements. 3, learn the using method of montage.



02、学习电视剧的流程以及剪辑技巧

通过多部电视剧的实战训练，学习如何利用视听语言的方法来剪辑电视剧。具体内容：1、案例分析，掌握技巧。2、双人对话戏训练。3、多人对话戏训练。4、学习情节戏：追逐戏、武打、枪战戏等剪辑技巧。5、学习各种题材 如：都市剧、抗战题材、公安题材等题材戏的剪辑方法。

Specific content: 1, case study, master the skills. 2, double dialogue play training. 3, dialogue drama (more than two people)training. 4, study the plot: editing skills of chasing play, martial arts, shooting scene, etc. 5, learning editing methods of all kinds of subjects Such as: urban drama, the war of resistance, the public security subjects dramas.


03、学习电影的后期制作流程以及剪辑技巧
学习胶片电影和数字电影的后期制作流程、以及剪辑师进组具体做什么、电影从剧本送审－发拍摄许可证一直到最后上院线的流程,学习电影的剪辑技巧和方法、学习惊悚、动作、喜剧等电影的剪辑技，学习如何素材转码、声画合板、挑条，了解拍电影常用的摄影的类型、拍摄的格式、后期制作和调色、配光流程、院线流程、送审流程、送电影频道流程.
