Unless you are shooting with a dedicated stereoscopic 3D camera or you are shooting in 2D and converting it to 3D in post, you will be shooting with two cameras and some sort of a stereoscopic 3D camera rig.
除非你使用3D立体摄像机拍摄3D立体影像,或者前期拍摄2D,后期转制成3D,其他的时候,你都会使用两台摄像机进行3D立体影像的拍摄,这时你就需要使用3D立体拍摄支架。

Generally, there are two kinds of stereoscopic 3D camera rigs: Side-by-side Rig and Beam Splitter Mirror Rig.
3D立体拍摄支架通常可以被分为两种:并列式支架(也译作“平行支架”)和分光镜式支架(也译作“垂直支架”)。

The above image shows a Side-by-side Rig. 上图就是一个使用并列式(平行)支架的例子。

Side-by-side Rig is easy to use and it's good for wide shots. However, as most cameras are too large to be set up very close to each other, it can't achieve small interaxial distances, which means it's not ideal for close-ups.
并列式支架(平行支架)易于使用,适合用于拍摄远景镜头。但是由于摄像机本身有宽度,无法得到很小的轴距,所以不能用于拍摄近景。

The image below is a Beam Splitter Mirror Rig with Arriflex 235 cameras. 下图是用Arriflex 235双机组成的分光镜式(垂直)拍摄系统。
