职位描述：

Responsible for the overall lighting rendering process and shot lighting.

Make the customers’ required lighting effect according to supervisor’s feedback.

Work closely with the upstream assets, VXF team, and, downstream team to develop solutions for various artistic and technical problem.
与上游资产、特效组和下游组合成团队紧密协作，制定各类艺术及技术问题的解决方案。

Conduct technical research, development, and, application, also share the work experience with other lighting professionals.
进行技术研究. 开发及应用，与其他灯光师分享你的工作心得。

职位要求：

Minimum of 3 years of working experience in film special effects field.
在电影特效领域工作3年以上。

Proficient in maya or Houdini.
熟练掌握maya或者Houdini。

At least familiar with 2 of the listed renderers, Arnold、VRay、redshift、renderman.
Arnold、VRay、redshift、renderman，至少精通以上2款渲染器。

Proficient in using nuke for lighting composition.
熟练使用nuke进行灯光预合。

Experience in texture and look-dev　is a plus.
有贴图和look-dev经验者优先。

Have in-depth understanding of photography.
对摄影有深入理解。

Have good artistic accomplishment and strong frame control ability.
有良好的艺术修养，较强的画面控制能力。

Have passion in special effects, good communication skills, and, teamwork; obedience to signed task and have the ability to withstand pressure.
热爱电影特效，良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力，服从任务安排，较强的抗压能力。
