职位描述：

Be able to fully cooperate with the CG Supervisor and VFX Supervisor material for production/training.

Cooperate with producer/coordination in project work；Responsible for task arrangement，work implement control and　assist team members to achieve the tasks in regular time.
配合制片/协调的项目工作任务安排。负责工作任务的分配和把控制作进度并陪同/协助组员在规定的时间内达成任务。

As a team leader，you　needs to　participate in the project production and undertake the more complex work initiatively .
组长个人需要实际参与项目制作，并主动承担复杂度高的任务。

Unify the production specifications and requirements of team.
统一组内的制作规范和要求。

The team leader needs to be able to arrange his/her own time to work on different projects.
组长需要能够妥善安排个人时间在不同的项目上制作。

Provide technical and directional guidance on tasks for team members in real time.
实时为组员提供任务上技术性和方向性的指引。

Responsible for technical quality inspection of all team members' assets before asset submission.
在资产提交前，负责对所有组员制作的资产上进行技术上质检。

Be able to thoroughly understand the production specifications and requirements of upstream and downstream groups.
能够透彻理解上下游组的制作规范与要求。

The team leader can coordinate between groups and timely communicate the task handover or communication on technical issues between groups.
组长能够成为组与组间的协调，以及及时的传达组与组的任务交接或技术问题上的沟通。

Cooperate and participate in new project task evaluation and quotation.
配合并参与新项目任务上评估与报价。

Arrange technical training within the team during the interval between projects.
在项目与项目之空挡时间，安排组内技术培训。

Initiatively　respond to or report any problems of team members to the director.
主动反应或汇报组内制作人员的问题给总监。

Communicate with team members and emphasize the importance of teamwork.
与组员沟通并强调团队合作的重要性。

职位要求：

At least 5 years production experience in film, TV　and advertising.Experience in overseas film and television project production is preferred.
五年以上电影、剧集和广告领域的制作经验。有海外影视项目制作经验为佳。

Accurate modeling ability, solid art foundation and keen observation.
精确的造型能力，扎实的美术基础和敏锐的观察力。

Proficient in making hard and soft edge models.
精通软硬边模型的制作经验.

Proficient in the production experience of character’s facial expressions.
精通角色面部的表情制作经验.

Understand the rigging of the base character or item.
了解基础角色或道具的绑定

Master Maya, ZBRUSH, MUDBOX, Speed Tree and other software, making low-precision model and high-precision model.
掌握Maya，ZBRUSH，MUDBOX， Speed tree等软件，制作低精度模型和高精度模型。

Familiar with CAD, Rhino 3D and Sketch Up software is better.
熟悉CAD，Rhino 3D和Sketch Up 软件尤佳.

Able to give feedback and correct direction to team members.
能够给予组员反馈与修正方向。
