职位描述：

负责向电视媒体合作总监汇报，向电视媒体合作部门提供有力支持以此在为现有的媒体合作伙伴提供高质量的合作关系的同时发展更多潜在的电视媒体合作伙伴。

1.　　　 External communication:

1) Maintain the business relationship with media partners, ensure the media partners receive the necessary information of each event they need, including: A. fight cards; B. fighter information; C. Time and Venue, etc;

2) Support the media partners to build up Rebel Section on their media platforms, providing the material including A. 1 trailers and 3-4 promotional videos of each event, B. articles and interviews / pic/ videos produced by marketing department as the content supply, C. Event high-light and relevant short videos that media partners need from us.

3) Provide the promotional advertising banners to the contracted media platforms for each event, make sure the banners are with the right size, right format according to the MR and with right information.　Supervise the media on execution and make sure all banners are launched on right page and right time based on the agreement. Make the screen caps and keep record of the promotion of each event on each media platform;

4) Provide the promotional videos to media partners before the events, supervise the execution of each media, make sure same video is promoted at the same time on all relevant media platforms;

5) Maintain and update the self-channels on OTV platforms. including Youku, IQIYI & Tencent Video. Revise the background of self-channel page with the key visual of each event and upload about 40-50 videos from each event, including trailer, main fighters, weigh-in, open workout, event high-light, KO, etc;

6) Arrange the payment to the vendors, receive the invoice from the media partners and follow up with internal payment application. Make sure our media partners receive payment on time based on the agreement.

7) Live broadcast co-ordination, make sure all live broadcast partners be well informed and get well prepared for the live broadcast of each event;

8) Data collection, collect the live broadcast data from media partners after each event. Keep record of all live broadcast data from each event;

9) Check and confirm the attendance of the media partners to our press conference and each event, make sure the hospitality is well arranged.

2. Internal communication:

1) Collect the information from Operation department, such as event schedule,fight card and fighters information;

2)　Collect the material from Marketing department, A. 4-5 trailer & documentary video with watermark for different media partners, estimated 40 pieces for each event; B. articles and interviews / pic/ videos produced by marketing department for the promotion of the event; C. Official Press release; D. Videos of weigh-in, open workout, record of whole event, event high-light and KO from marketing department;

3) Brief and collect the advertisement materials on time from the designer;

4) Provide live broadcast data to marketing and sponsorship department after each event.

5) Communicate with admin and financial department with internal paper work

6) Collect the information from competitors, do the review and analysis that we could share internally.

职位要求：

资历要求

l　本科学历及以上；

l　 3到4年的电视媒体合作经验，市场营销经验；

l　 对于MMA和娱乐节目在不同媒体平台的媒体分销具有广发的经验；

l　 具有很强的数据分析能力和PPT技能；

l　 具有优秀的书写和沟通能力，注重细节，英文流利者优先；

l　 具有与Fox Sports, ESPN, Super Sports, Star Sports, Ten Sports, Euro Sports,　Verizon, Singtel, Starhub,　Astro,　CCTV, AT&T, Viacom, BBC, AXN以及其他诸多媒体平台的合作经验，或者，能有效与之取得联系；
