职位描述：
岗位职责：
1 协助导演负责项目的运营、审核预算、控制周期、节省预算、保证艺术质量；协调并监督项目实施，保证项目制作按时顺利完成；
2 负责相关项目相关资料及文件的归档工作，协调、解决项目制作中出现的各种问题；
3 主动跟进制作进度及时且准确的向上级主管反馈制作问题
4 制定详细的制作计划表、档期表与数据统计表, 跟进项目制作进度，沟通公司各部门间的工作，协调各制作团队的制作任务安排，以确保项目按时按质顺利进行.
5 及时完成上级主管交办的其他工作事项

任职要求：
1 熟悉商业广告制作流程，具有认真、严谨、务实的工作态度和责任心，有良好的沟通能力和统筹计划性以及优秀的执行能力；
2 有制片管理工作经验（商业广告及其他内容产品项目经验都可以）；
3 熟练使用Office办公系列软件，可以对项目预算进度进行规划提案，并在项目过程中梳理项目生产管理流程，更高效的完成项目生产制作任务；
4. 有处理突发性事件的应对能力，高度的敬业精神及高涨的工作激情，能接受高强度的
工作，工作态度积极乐观。

TurtlePro,formerly known as Seven Video Image Service Agency,was
founded in 2012.TurtlePro is affiliated with Turtle Run Video
Production Company Limited,and it is a visual arts team composed with
a group of perfectionists and well inspired “create paranoids “,
focusing on design, shooting, and production. Working for commercial
advertising and international brands provides us the keen fashion
sense and unique aesthetic consciousness, while establishing our
outstanding visual pattern as well. We have been exploring, breaking
through, and constantly renew ourselves since the beginning of our
group. Now, we are favored by international fashion brands and
