职位描述：
1. 负责公司电影项目前期策划和创意，搜集创作相关资料；
2. 能独立编写剧本，撰写故事大纲和分集大纲，按照公司要求完成剧本的创作。
3. 新项目的评估和开发，项目的市场分析与研究等。
职位要求：
1. 影视行业五年以上经验，有三部以上成熟长片作品。
2. 对文字及视听语言有很强的运用能力，良好的创作修养，有较强的驾驭故事的能力，在人物、结构、情节等方面有极强的把握能力，语言台词功底好；
3. 敏锐的洞察力，对生活有自己的见解和细致观察，能够把握公众或媒体的关注点和喜爱偏好的变化，擅长发掘创新题材，富有创造性和想象力，有很强的学习能力和执行能力；
4. 热爱编剧工作，具备编剧的职业操守，有充足的创作时间，旺盛的创作精力，有团队合作精神，思维敏捷，创新能力强，具有高度责任心；
5. 对影视、娱乐市场有较强的认知和分析能力，对项目开发提出建设性意见等。
公司自有德国艾丽莎摄影机及前期拍摄设备，有好想法很容易落地，并有标准的播放系统呈现出来。
