职位描述：

1、3-5年工作经验，负责广告产品的后期制作工作。
2、能够针对不同产品的特点，做出差异化、创新性的视频。
3、对视频剪辑涉及音乐、色彩、镜头感的内容进行搜集整理和转化。
4、思路创新、能独立完成各项后期制作任务优先。
任职要求：
1. 熟悉maya的动画、材质灯光、特效模块来进行制作，至少精通一款跟踪软件（PFTrack、boujou、syntheys等）；
2.熟悉一种后期软件（AE、NUKE）可以制作一些效果完成镜头；
2. 熟悉摄像机的运动和应用，能通过相机运动，焦距，动画，剪辑和场景关系来讲故事；
3. 学习能力强，能承受工作压力，能够同时应对多重任务，有灵活性；
4. 较强的人际沟通能力

职位要求：

•A post production generalist, highly skilled in everything post related included rendering, design &composition skills
•High Competency in Computer Software: Nuke, 3D Max, Maya, After Effects, Mocha / PFTracking
•Digital video editing & productions experience
•Good knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals; have the ability to storyboard or translate ideas to designers and develop innovative motion graphics solutions
•Ability to research/recommend/maintain/trouble-shoot video-related equipment, software, and hardware
•Curiosity in the latest trends of Post-Production and challenge the norm
•Keen on interested in pursuing a management role and has the ability to lead and nurture team
•Good Command of English
•3-5 years relevant experience
