职位描述：

Responsibilities:
● Leading a team of business development and liaise with domestic and international property owners including movie studios/television networks/production houses/talent agencies to make sure China Movie Media Group (CMMG) has first-hand entertainment property information.
● Actively seeking and identifying new entertainment properties for CMMG, including prosperities with investment, publicity and distribution, entertainment marketing opportunities.
● Working closely with company’s Sales Department: delivering first-hand entertainment information to the sales team in a timely manner; regularly sharing entertainment marketing case studies with the sales team; liaising with property owners to resolve any client’s questions with regards to any cooperations; attending pitch meetings with sales
● Working closely with company’s Planning team to assist creating Sales Materials including Powerpoint and multi-media pitch presentations for clients
● Working closely and coordinating effectively with company’s other departments including Distribution Department and Publicity Department.
● Effectively execute any cooperations with partners/clients leading the BD team

● 带领商务拓展部团队，与国内外版权方（包括制片公司、影视制作机构、艺人经纪公司等）进行沟通，确保公司获得一手优质影视娱乐资源，为公司在投资、宣传、发行、招商等各方面业务储备资源。
● 在现有资源的基础上，积极为公司发掘与拓展新的娱乐资源
● 与公司销售部门紧密合作：及时向销售传达一手娱乐信息，定期与销售部门分享娱乐营销及其他相关案例；参加销售组织的与客户的会面，并积极协助销售向客户讲解资源；及时解答客户通过销售传递过来的与合作相关的问题
● 与公司策划部门紧密合作，协助策划部进行招商创意素材（包括PPT以及其他多媒体材料）的准备
● 与公司其他相关部门，如宣传、发行、法务、财务等团队积极配合，共同协作推进项目
● 带领团队有效执行与合作伙伴的任何合作

职位要求：

Qualifications:
● A Bachelor’s Degree is required, ideally in marketing or entertainment area would be preferable. Overseas experience is a plus.
● Familiarity with the entertainment industry is a must. Minimum seven years of work experience and at least four years experience in the entertainment industry. Entertainment marketing background is a plus. Multi-national exposure is a plus.
● Team work spirit and ability to coordinate with different internal departments and external relationships
● Self-motivated, resourceful and ability to identify and scout high-quality entertainment resources
● Being creative; Great market sense and industry trend insight
● Outgoing personality and ability to maintain a good relationship with partners　
● Experience of leading a team is preferred
● Good command of English, both writing and speaking. Good command of Office software skills.
● Good presentation skills.

任职要求：
● 本科以上学历，市场营销或影视娱乐行业相关专业。海外留学背景优先考虑。
● 熟悉影视娱乐相关行业。至少七年以上工作经验，四年以上在影视相关行业。娱乐营销背景以及此前在国际化工作环境从业者优先考虑。
● 富有团队精神，善于协调与处理公司内多个部门的关系以及与外部合作伙伴的关系。
● 工作积极主动，具有发现优质影视娱乐资源的慧眼，并有一定的行业人脉
● 富有创意，较强的市场意识以及对行业趋势较强的洞察力
● 性格较外向，能与合作伙伴维持长期友好关系
● 具有带领团队经验者优先考虑
● 良好的英语口语与书面能力；熟练使用办公软件
● 良好的口头陈述与演示能力
