职位描述：

Mandarin Film is a television documentary and corporate video company that specializes in international productions in China.　We are looking for a keen, ambitious production assistant to join our team, starting immediately.

Your role will be as follows:
- Production Assistant in the office, supporting other team members on various tasks related to preparing new shoots and support on existing shoots or post production
- Researcher acting as a researcher for documentary characters and locations - need to have the ability to find good stories and keep going until you get what the team needs - phone, internet, social media and on location

职位要求：

You should be:
- Based in Beijing or prepared to move to Beijing at your own cost
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and proficient in English
- Preferably with 1-2 years experience in production
- Organized, a fast learner, enthusiastic and up for new challenges
- Looking for a long term position that will help you gain the experience for a career in TV/documentary　production
